One area in Bahrain that is always gaining popularity is Janabiya, which is located in the Northern Governate, in the north-west of side of Bahrain. Very popular with families, there are a number of villas and compounds for rent in Janabiya that come in different shapes and sizes. There are also number of apartments for rent in Janabiya as well, which are popular with young professionals or small families.
In addition to offering a great range of homes for rent, Janabiya is also one of Bahrain’s most historic areas where Dilmun era Artifacts dating back to over 4000 years ago were uncovered at burial site in the area. Janabiya is also known for its many camel farms, giving the modern area a historical twist as well. As it is known for farming and farming, it is considered to be more of a ‘green’ area in the country, somewhat of less traffic.
One of the reasons that Janabiya is popular is because its easily connected to all points of interest in Bahrain, and only about ten kilometers from Manama. It’s also close to the King Fahd causeway which links KSA and Bahrain.
And while the country is quite small, and essentially everything is close by, location is essential when it comes to commuting in traffic, which at times can be daunting.
