Grilling Essentials

Now that the weather is cooler, outdoor activities are a daily occurrence! And with that comes an activity that we all love, barbecuing!
Here’s a list of essentials for a simple barbecue.

1. A Grill:

Well, obviously, this is the first thing you’ll need for a barbecue! Thankfully, they come in different shapes, sizes and colors, so you can pick and choose as you like. Also, if you do not have an outdoor space but still want to grill, you can always use a grill pan.

2. Fire Essentials:
Fuel and coal are needed if you’re using a traditional grill instead of an electric one.

3. Utensils:

Grilling utensils are important to make sure you stay safe. Tongs and spatulas are the two most important ones to have.

4. Lights:
You need to see what you’re actually cooking! Grill lights are just as important as the food.

5. Skewers:

If you’re using wooden skewers, make sure you soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using!

6. Heat-Resistant Gloves or Mittens:
Pretty simple – you need to keep your hands safe from the fire!

7. On the Table:
Napkins, paper or plastic plates, cutlery and cups, condiments, salt and pepper are all items should be on hand for easy reach.

8. Extras:
Paper towels, aluminum foil, and plastic or aluminum containers are also items you should have around to make your grilling experience easier.

9. Fire Extinguisher:
Just in case of any emergency, you need to be prepared to handle it safely.

10. Grill Brush:

You also need to keep your grill clean, and the best tool for that is a grill brush.
