Q&A with Shehbaz:
1. What is the one thing you do as a broker that differentiates you from others?
Firstly, I would like to thank my company, Pegasus Real Estate, for giving me all the support and the opportunity to succeed. And I would like to show my gratitude to the Propertyfinder team for recognizing me as the Awesome Agent for December.
As a Sales and Leasing Executive my primary goal is to meet the needs of my clients and to go an extra mile if need be. The key is to think from the client’s perspective and provide them with the right solutions. I have adopted a transparent and sincere approach with all my client relationships, and feel that this is a very important trait to have. I always make sure that the client themselves sees the benefit of the deal, resulting in good references and positive word of mouth recommendations. Another important attribute is being prompt and proactive. In our field, attending to a query immediately is half the battle won. Essentially, I truly love what I do, so calling my job my passion is very true!
2. How has Propertyfinder helped your company succeed in the market?
Propertyfinder is a very strong and powerful real estate platform that establishes a lucrative mix of clients and agents alike. It is a great tool that allows executives like me to meet our potential clientele. It makes communication and accessibility easier in today’s market where time is of the essence. I love Bahrain because the people here are welcoming and friendly. This country has given me the opportunity to grow work-wise and set higher goals for my personal and professional life.
