The top searched areas in January for rentals in Bahrain were Amwaj Islands, with 923 searches, Al Juffair, with 883 searches and Seef, with 537 searches. The fourth and fifth highest searches for rentals in Bahrain are Saar and Adliyah, with 534 and 401 searches in January.
Amwaj Islands, Al Juffair, Seef, Saar and Al Riffa were the top 5 searches for properties for sale in Bahrain for January, with 20% of searches for Amwaj Islands, 15% for Al Juffair, and 12% for Seef. 7% and 6% of searches for properties for sale were for Saar and Riffa.
Amwaj Island remains the number one area for those looking for properties for sale in Bahrain at 20%, with 41% of searches for one and two-bedroom homes. Al Juffair is the second most searched area for properties for sale, with 14%, 12% for Seef, and 7% for Saar.
The most popular search for number of bedrooms for January was two bedrooms :
50% of all rent searches for Amwaj Islands, 45% of searches for properties for rent in Al Juffair and 39% searches in Seef were for two- bedroom homes. In Adlyia and Al Reef Island 40% and 42% of searches were for two-bedroom properties for rent.
